Amu ist in Wirklichkeit ein sehr schüchternes Mädchen, das Mut haben möchte, aufrichtig zu sein. Eines Morgens findet sie drei mysteriöse kleine Eier in ihrem Bett. Jedes Ei enthält einen "Wächter-Charakter". Diese Wächter sind Engeln ähnelnde Wesen, die einem Menschen eine bestimmte Macht geben können, ihre geistigen Anlagen zu ändern. Mit der Hilfe dieser Wächter-Charaktere entdeckt Amu, dass ihr wahres Ich noch erstaunlicher ist, als sie es jemals erträumte.
